Shipping Policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how Warhold Australia Pty Ltd (ABN [69 694 099 271]) (“Warhold”, “we”, “us” or “our”) processes, dispatches and delivers orders placed through warhold.com.au. It should be read alongside Warhold’s Terms of Service and does not replace or amend those Terms.

1. Order processing

Please allow 2–8 business days for in-stock orders to be processed and dispatched.

Processing begins after payment has been received and any required account, personal-detail or order checks have been completed.

Processing may take longer during:

  • major product releases;
  • sales and promotional events;
  • public holidays;
  • periods of unusually high demand;
  • account or payment reviews; or
  • circumstances outside Warhold’s reasonable control.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information where tracking is available.

2. Australian residents and delivery only

Warhold supplies products and services only to customers residing in Australia. We do not accept orders from customers located or ordinarily residing overseas, even where an Australian delivery address is provided.

Orders must be delivered to a legitimate Australian:

  • residential address;
  • business address;
  • Australia Post Parcel Locker; or
  • other domestic collection point supported by the selected carrier.

Warhold does not ship internationally.

3. Freight forwarding and export arrangements

Customers must not use freight-forwarding, mail-forwarding, package-forwarding or similar services to send Warhold products outside Australia.

Customers must also not place an order on behalf of an overseas customer where the purpose of the arrangement is to circumvent Warhold’s Australian-residents-only restriction.

These restrictions apply whether the products are purchased for:

  • personal use;
  • collection;
  • gifting;
  • resale; or
  • any other purpose.

This policy does not prohibit legitimate domestic delivery services, including Australia Post Parcel Lockers or ordinary parcel redirections, provided the products remain within Australia.

Warhold may request information reasonably necessary to confirm a customer’s Australian residency, account details or delivery arrangements.

If Warhold reasonably determines that an account or order breaches this section, Warhold may:

  • cancel any affected order that has not been supplied;
  • refuse future orders; and
  • close the associated Warhold account.

Where Warhold cancels goods that have not been supplied, we will refund the amount paid for those goods and any shipping charge attributable solely to them.

Closing an account does not remove any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Any existing accepted order that is not connected with the breach will be considered separately under the Warhold Terms of Service.

4. Delivery providers

Orders are generally sent through Australia Post.

Warhold may use another suitable delivery or logistics provider where reasonably necessary.

The delivery provider used for an order may depend on the destination, parcel size, product type, service availability and shipping option selected at checkout.

5. Shipping rates

Warhold currently offers:

  • flat-rate shipping for $8.00; or
  • other shipping options and calculated rates displayed at checkout.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed before you complete your order.

Free-shipping offers and Warhold Rewards shipping benefits are subject to their stated eligibility requirements and any exclusions disclosed with the applicable offer or benefit.

6. Delivery timeframes

Any delivery timeframe displayed at checkout, provided by a delivery provider or communicated by Warhold is an estimate unless Warhold expressly agrees otherwise.

Estimated delivery timeframes begin after an order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.

Delivery may be affected by:

  • the delivery destination;
  • carrier delays;
  • severe weather or natural disasters;
  • public holidays and peak periods;
  • incorrect or incomplete delivery details;
  • events outside Warhold’s reasonable control; or
  • other operational disruptions.

If Warhold cannot supply an order within an agreed timeframe—or, where no timeframe was agreed, within a reasonable time—we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Preorders

Release dates and availability dates for preorder products are estimates based on information supplied to Warhold by publishers, manufacturers and distributors.

These dates may change for reasons outside Warhold’s reasonable control. A product’s release date is not necessarily its dispatch or delivery date.

Warhold only offers preorder quantities that it reasonably believes are covered by confirmed supplier allocations. In exceptional circumstances, a supplier or distributor may reduce or withdraw a previously confirmed allocation or Warhold may otherwise become unable to supply a product.

If Warhold cannot supply a preorder, we will notify the affected customer and provide a full refund for the goods that cannot be supplied, together with any shipping charge attributable solely to those goods.

Additional preorder conditions are set out in Warhold’s Preorder Policy and Terms of Service.

8. Orders containing preorders and in-stock products

If an order contains both preorder and in-stock products, the entire order will generally be held until every product in the order is available. It will then be dispatched as a single shipment.

Where an order contains multiple preorder products with different release dates, the order will generally be dispatched after the final product becomes available.

Customers who want in-stock products dispatched without waiting for a preorder should place the products in separate orders.

If a combined order has already been placed, Warhold may agree to split the shipment at the customer’s request. Additional shipping charges may apply. Any additional charge will be communicated to the customer before the shipment is split.

9. Combining separate orders

Warhold may agree to combine separately placed orders where the orders:

  • belong to the same customer;
  • are being delivered to the same address;
  • have not entered packing or dispatch;
  • can reasonably and safely be shipped together; and
  • are otherwise eligible to be combined.

Combining orders is not guaranteed. Customers should contact Warhold as soon as possible if they want to request combined shipping.

Any adjustment to shipping charges or Warhold Rewards benefits will be determined before dispatch. Placing multiple orders does not automatically entitle the customer to a shipping refund or credit.

10. Delivery addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate recipient name, Australian delivery address and contact details when placing an order.

If you notice an error, contact Warhold as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched.

For account-integrity and fraud-prevention purposes, Warhold may require a customer to confirm account or personal details before approving an address change.

Warhold is not responsible for delays or reasonable additional expenses caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer. Nothing in this section limits any responsibility Warhold has under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Address changes

A request to change an address is not effective until Warhold confirms that the change has been accepted.

Warhold may decline an address-change request where:

  • the order has already entered fulfilment or been dispatched;
  • the requested address is inconsistent with Warhold’s Australian-residents-only requirements;
  • the change creates a reasonable fraud, payment or account-integrity concern; or
  • the delivery provider cannot accommodate the change.

If an address cannot be changed before dispatch, the customer may need to contact the delivery provider to request an eligible domestic redirection.

12. Returned and uncollected parcels

If a parcel is returned to Warhold because:

  • the address supplied by the customer was incorrect or incomplete;
  • the customer did not collect the parcel within the carrier’s collection period;
  • delivery was refused; or
  • the carrier could not complete delivery for a reason attributable to the customer,

Warhold will contact the customer to arrange redelivery or another appropriate outcome.

The customer may be required to pay the reasonable cost of redelivery. Any additional amount will be communicated before the parcel is sent again.

Additional delivery costs will not be charged where the return was caused by an error by Warhold or where charging those costs would be inconsistent with the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Tracking and delayed parcels

Customers should use the tracking information provided to monitor their delivery.

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, the parcel appears lost or the parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact Warhold at contact@warhold.com.au and provide your order number.

Warhold may ask the customer to:

  • confirm the delivery address;
  • check the property and any safe delivery locations;
  • ask other occupants, neighbours or building management;
  • contact or check the relevant post office or collection point; and
  • provide information reasonably required for a carrier investigation.

Warhold will work with the delivery provider and customer to investigate the delivery. The appropriate outcome will depend on the circumstances and the customer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Authority to leave

Where a customer selects or provides an authority-to-leave instruction, the delivery provider may leave the parcel at the nominated location without obtaining a signature.

Customers should nominate a location that is safe, sheltered and appropriate for the value of the order.

An authority-to-leave request may be relevant to a carrier’s investigation if a parcel is subsequently lost or stolen. It does not exclude any responsibility Warhold may have where goods have not been properly delivered or any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Warhold or the delivery provider may require a signature despite an authority-to-leave request where reasonably necessary because of the order’s value, delivery conditions or security concerns.

15. Damaged, opened or incomplete parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, opened, incomplete or with products missing, contact contact@warhold.com.au as soon as reasonably possible.

Please retain the products, parcel and packaging while the matter is assessed. Photographs of the parcel, shipping label, packaging and affected products may help Warhold investigate the issue promptly.

Providing photographs or retaining packaging is not an absolute condition of receiving a remedy where the Australian Consumer Law applies.

Faulty, damaged and incorrectly supplied products are otherwise handled under Warhold’s Returns and Refunds Policy.

16. Risk and responsibility for delivery

Warhold remains responsible for supplying goods in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The involvement of Australia Post or another delivery provider does not, by itself, remove Warhold’s obligations to the customer.

Customers must not make a false, misleading or fraudulent claim concerning a parcel’s delivery, loss, condition or contents. Suspected fraudulent claims may be investigated and may affect future account access, without limiting any statutory rights of the customer.

17. Australian Consumer Law

Our products and services come with rights and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee, remedy or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

18. Changes to this policy

Warhold may update this Shipping Policy when its delivery services, business practices or legal obligations change.

The current version will be published on the Warhold website with its effective date.

A change to this policy will not remove rights that have already accrued under an accepted order or under applicable law.

Refund Policy

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that the product you receive is damaged or defective you can contact us at contact@warhold.com.au to organise a return. If the item was damaged in transit, please leave the product in the parcel. Ideally include photos and the delivery address the product was delivered to so we can expedite the process.

Change of Mind

We accept products for change of mind so long as the product is returned sealed in its original packaging, is within 30 days of purchase and shipped at the buyer's expense. We'll then issue a credit to you or allow an exchange.
